&lt;p&gt;I completed the first year of &lt;a href="https://thegainslab.com"&gt;The Gains Lab&lt;/a&gt; &lt;a href="https://thegainslab.com/engine"&gt;Year of
the Engine&lt;/a&gt; capacity program by &lt;a href="https://www.instagram.com/thegainslab1/"&gt;Matt
Wiebke&lt;/a&gt;. The results of each workout
were recorded. Tests were performed during the program and after it was
completed which showed significant improvement in capacity, workout execution
and consistency of effort across a range of workouts. I recommend the program

were recorded. Some evidence of continued improvement from Year 1 is
demonstrated, although external factors significantly hampered training efforts.
Program difficulty level increased substantially. I continue to recommend the
